November 30, 2021 - a full day! :)
We babysat Maverick and knew it was going to a full and exciting day for him. :) But first, he walked in wearing this snazzy new cowboy hat! Wow! A very nice cowboy hat, indeed! J&B picked it up at that outlet mall near Wentzville over the weekend. Mav sure does look good in a real, shaped hat. Handsome boy!

Tri County Electric showed up about 9:00 am. What a beautiful sight to see them pull in! They got right to work trenching to the barn.
Then we decided to spend some time on the porch and keep on watching. The weather was so nice and mild. We are even supposed to reach 70 degrees on Thursday, Dec. 2!
Mav wanted to play in the sandbox. Marvin had put his tools in the storage box and Mav helped get them out. He is such a helpful little guy all he time - happy and content. What a great personality.
By now Tri County was putting up the pole. It was hard to see from the front porch, but I still took lots of photos. :)
We were outside watching without coats! That in itself was exciting! :) Jackson came back and took Mav to see things closer up - riding down in the tractor. Mav was leading his Dad to get into the tractor and go!
So glad to have that pole up at the barn. It will be much better for it to have its own electricity instead of running off the house pole as it has the last 20+ years.
Jackson and Brianna were ordering their new kitchen cabinets on this day so we had Mav later than a normal day. Because the weather was so beautiful we went back outside after a snack time and Mav drove his tractor until the battery ran out.
