Family church is always so meaningful. Gathering and worshiping together with my family is such a blessing - and part of that legacy of faith and love that I am so thankful for.
We gathered at Julie's house for our family church service. As we have since our trip to Scotland in 2016, we follow the Church of Scotland order of worship for the day from Dunblane Cathedral (a church with a family connection).
Marvin filming the service for us.
James and Rojina were able to FaceTime in to family church. That was lovely!

Here is video from Sunday morning family church. This is not the entire service that Marvin videod (I haven't edited that yet) but it is the part (mostly music) that I videod. It is about an hour long.
Saturday evening was another lovely time together. This evening we catered the meal from Coltons and it was delicious. Wanda and Milaynie were able to come with Chris and Ilene. We were also so glad to have Jake, Vanessa and their wonderful boys with us. Matt and Brenda came and brought some homemade ice cream! After dinner we ventured out to the back yard to have a group family photo taken. A treasured possession. Then it was time for more singing and music making. :)
It was Zachary's 6th birthday so we sang 'Happy Birthday' to him before dinner.
I love this picture too... little Maddox looking up at Jackson. :)
Generations #1, #2, #3, and #4! :)

Sadly, Jackson's photo was blurry... but we have this one of Gens 3 and 4
I have to share one funny story that I love. :) Cole (pictured below in the green shirt) at one point asked his Mom, Vanessa, if I was the 'head honcho of this whole thing'. hahahahaha! I think that needs to go on a t-shirt, for sure! I also think that is the nicest way of saying, 'wow, is she bossy!' that I have ever heard!! :D :D
