Maverick's first work day at Willis Creek Ranch

So this was the unofficial 'take your child to work day' here at Willis Creek Ranch.  :)  Jackson had to bring Maverick with him for a few hours in the morning and I just had to laugh when I looked out the front and saw this... Jackson bringing in Shadow with Maverick strapped to his front.  Nothing stops a true cowboy from his work.  :D Maverick didn't look too impressed, but I believe one day he will love these photos.  I know *I* do!  And again, I just laugh every time I see Maverick wearing that bison hat from Yellowstone.  I love that!  Jackson said they like it because it is the warmest thing they have for him.  He is just too, too cute!!

Going back to get the next horse to bring to the barn...

Jackson decided to work on the ground in the octagonal pen since he couldn't work horses while having Maverick strapped to him.  :D  He did note that it was a bit trickier to get through a gate than he had anticipated - with the bulk in front.  :D 

I just love these photos so much!  They crack me up!

Jackson needed Marvin to help get the drag harrow attached to the tractor... since Jackson couldn't really bend over like that.  :D  ha!

But Jackson and Maverick could drive the tractor!  :D
