Jackson and Brianna have been spending a lot of time together lately, and we thought it was time that they weren't the only ones having all the fun. :) So with that in mind, we invited Brianna and her family to share dinner with us. What a lovely evening! We truly enjoyed getting to know this wonderful family and felt like we were old friends.
There were some coincidences... (they
almost bought a house that basically backs up to our property!) and similarities... (they used to camp at Table Rock Lake often) and connections... (mutual interest in horses, shared friends). The evening was filled with good conversation and camaraderie. Brianna and Jackson even performed a song for us (after a little coaxing). We ended the evening with a quick run out to the barn to talk about some horse training techniques (Alaina just got her very first horse!!).
We truly look forward to the next get-together. It was a wonderful evening.
