Thanksgiving 2021

This was our first major holiday with Mama. Missed her so much but got through it. Being with family, and little Maverick, helps so much.

Mav was carrying this footstool around. He hadn't had a nap and was loaded for bear! :)

Dinner was delicious! Nothing like a lot of wonderful cooks to make the meal!

Mav enjoyed the dinner :D

trying to clean dinner off the boy... you should have seen the highchair! :D

Then Mav saw that Uncle Jonathan had pumpkin pie and cool whip for him.
He was quite excited! He started with just one hand/utensil....

...but soon went to two hands! :D

ha! I would say he likes pumpkin pie! :D

Jackson was definitely full... a little too full I think.

Grandpa Jack was getting a kick out of that. :D

Maverick was enjoying Declan's dog bed. :)

Julie had the thankful wreath out. It has thankful quotes on leaves from years past.
I spotted Mama and Daddy's... touched my heart.

Declan reclaimed his dog bed. :D

So glad Betty M could join us.
And also glad that Zac was with us even though Hannah was in OK.

We joked the meal was good enough to make a Mann have to take off all his clothes

and climb in the dog bed. (Jackson wondered if he would be

allowed to follow suit… the resounding answer was no….)

They were (randomly) wearing matching tan fleecy 3 quarter zips. :)

This boy sure loves Zac!

This made me laugh. Mav was SO tired and wouldn’t stay still for anyone, but Zac turned him in the nap position and was singing to him and Mav just flat gave it up. Ha! Look at his face. He was like, I don’t want to sleep but darn this feels good... Jackson asked if he could have the next turn. :D
