October 11-14, 2021
I was so glad Maverick was feeling better after being sick over the weekend. He was back to eating normally and that made us all happy. :)

We were watching the Spirit the Stallion show and Mav was getting SUCH a kick
out of the scenes of all the horses running - look at his face! :D |
We brought the tractor inside and Mav was enjoying driving in the house. He is much better at getting it to go... but his steering still needs some work. ha! He just goes until he hits something. :D
Jackson came up with an idea to help him have more even pressing of the pedal to make the tractor go. He taped one of Mav's bristle blocks to his foot. It ended up not helping, really, but it was a hilarious process of trial and error. :D And Mav was just awed by his Dad the whole time. :)

So nice of Uncle Jonathan to help Mav play with playdoh - this sure makes Mav happy. :)
Mav didn't stay very long on this day. But I had to chuckle at his cute little track suit - he is the best dressed toddler. ha! And this also cracks me up. He really enjoys sitting at his little table to play or eat snacks and will randomly just lift up the blind to check things out outside. :D

Maverick discovered a new sound he can make and he was enjoying making it a LOT! Kind of a zerbet sound. He would make it over and over and then laugh and laugh. Quite entertaining. :)

I was watching him from afar as he found the cowboy hat and was playing and putting it on...
Mav and I were on the porch playing when Jackson and Jonathan returned from their ride. Maverick watched them pull in and then we went down to the barn to greet them.
