Jackson deer hunting

Jackson bought a new rifle to go deer hunting this year.  He was pretty excited about getting out there with it.  And boy, did he do well!  Jackson got not 1, but 4 deer this season!  If you could hear his stories, you would definitely smile (laugh!) as he tells you about his great shots (from 400 yards!) and putting meat on his family table.  Truly, he DID put a lot of meat on his table (and in our deep freeze, and Shonda's deep freeze).  :)  He even processed the last 3 deer himself!  (In Jeremy's garage.)  Pretty impressive, Jackson!    (heads up... there is a photo of a deer carcass below...)

He was happy to get this buck on our property.

He brought it up to the house to show me.  :)  

I was especially impressed with his processing ability.

Just one haul of deer meat (of four) for the freezer.
