Memorial Day was wonderful. We packed a lot in. Because Mav had been sick over the weekend, we waited until this day to have his family birthday celebration. That meant we would be combining Mav's 3rd birthday party with our Memorial Day dinner and visit to Mama's headstone. I think Mama would have loved that - a good representation of the circle of life that she was always so adamant about.

| Oh how I love this little boy. He was so excited to have us celebrating him and singing 'Happy Birthday' to him. He was singing along, too. :) |
