A quiet Thursday

You may remember that Jackson 'taught Maverick how to walk down the stairs' just two days prior to this... (well, sort of, anyway)   :D 

Here was Maverick putting that into practice!  He was holding onto the railings (good move!) but bringing his legs down very carefully and deliberately, step by step.  

Of course, GranGran was there to assist.  :)  But this kid doesn't let anything slip past him!  That is for sure!

Maverick loves it when Daddy comes in for lunch break.  :)

Jackson and Jonathan were riding horses in the octagonal pen.

GranGran walked Maverick out to observe.  :)

Jackson got a phone call right about then...

Uncle Jonathan climbed down and offered to bring Maverick inside the pen.

Maverick wanted to say hi to the horses.  :)

Dad is off the phone and Maverick is back with GranGran

then it was back inside for snack time...

Maverick has been eating a LOT

This time it was bananas, blueberries (already gone) and deli turkey
