Jonathan's Pepperoni Pizza (dough recipe)

Jonathan loves to cook.  I love that he loves to cook!!  The other day he made pepperoni pizza with a homemade crust.  It was yummy and simple.  I told him he can make it any time he wants!   :D

Jonathan's Pepperoni Pizza  (dough recipe)

Crust
2 1/2 cups flour (can be regular or freshly ground)
1 Tbsp. SAF Instant yeast
1 Tbsp. Pampered Chef Italian seasoning blend
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 cup hot water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 - 2 Tbsp. corn meal

Mix flour, yeast and all seasonings in bowl.  Pour in hot water and mix gently with a fork.  Then finish blending/kneading with your oil covered hands.  Sprinkle corn meal onto a pizza stone and roll out dough onto stone.  Cover with pizza sauce and toppings and bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until done.

Toppings he used
Contadina pizza sauce (next time he says he will make his own.  I'll update this recipe at that time)
Pepperoni slices
shredded pizza blend cheese
