Monday was a relaxing day.  We hung out here at Willis Creek Ranch enjoying the pretty weather.

We were happy that we also got to see Don when he came to visit Daddy.  It was so good to get to visit with him, even briefly.

For lunch, Charlie, Tina, Kerry, Marvin and I went to La Fuente - we decided we just didn't feel like cooking.  :)  Then for supper we all drove over to Memphis to meet Carolyn and Chester at Keith's Cafe.  We had tried to reserve their back room a few days prior but had been told it was already reserved.  That was okay - we decided to just find separate tables for everyone.  But, when we arrived, we learned that their previous booking had canceled and their back room was available!  How marvelous!  It was great to all be able to sit together as one group.  Fun evening!

Brianna had a wonderful announcement... she has been hired as the part time music teacher at Mary Immaculate school this fall!  It will be her senior year at Truman and will work perfectly with her schedule.  We are so excited for her AND for her students (who will have an outstanding music teacher!)

We had Brianna stand up and make her announcement.  :) 

It was the night before Julie's birthday (on July 4) so we all sang her Happy Birthday.  :)

After supper we headed back home to Willis Creek Ranch - meeting up at Julie's house for a cup of tea.  Jackson was ready to start celebrating the 4th and showed up raring to go in his 'holiday attire'.  :)
