Grilled Rosemary Pork Chop
Grilled Rosemary Pork Chop
4 pork chops
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. Rosemary Herb seasoning (or your own blend that includes rosemary, thyme, etc.)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix seasonings together with olive oil. Place pork chops in ziploc bag with seasoned olive oil to marinate for several hours. (There isn't a lot of marinade so basically, you brush it on each pork chop. You can add a little water or more oil, if you like, to make it spread around. Grill on medium high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Internal temperature should reach 145 degrees.
