Every year Kerry puts together a very special gift - it is something that I truly look forward to. You might recall that one year he passed out pieces of meteorite, reminding us that we, too, are special in the eyes of God, just like that meteorite. (you can see that
blog post here and a
video clip here) Last year he gave us all pieces of Copal, which was a precursor to amber, along with wonderful words of encouragement that coordinated nicely. (You can actually download the pdfs that went along with these gifts at my
brother's blog.)
This year he presented us with the First Christmas Gifts. What a lovely idea! He had a variety of boxes for everyone to choose from and samples of gold, frankincense and myrrh to place in the boxes. And, of course, he had amazing handouts to go along with the gifts. (I LOVE my brother's handouts!!! They are incredible!!)
