We awoke Christmas morning at a reasonable hour (again, those boys are getting so OLD!) and enjoyed our 'little family' time opening gifts - then got ready for the special event of the day, which I will tell about in
the next post.
We gathered at Mama and Daddy's for our Christmas meal around 4:00 and, boy, were we hungry! After dinner was cleared away we started passing around gifts, which is always so much fun. We were so happy that Arayna and Shane were able to be with us for the entire day. And were thrilled when Jim was able to come in the evening. It felt so good to just have everyone together. That is my very favorite thing in the world.

We couldn't end the day without taking Jim out to see the fifth wheel. :) We are counting on camping side by side with him in 2012! And amazingly, we seem to have drummed up new interest from within the family! I think the new Jayco appears to be far more inviting than our little old Aruba was! :D On this night we did have 14 people in there at one time, though - so who knows WHAT is possible?! :)
What a perfect day - both this and the visit with Anna's workplace. Love your new Jayco. Jackson is a FANTASTIC photographer.
