Ha! Mama had these two cards sitting on her dining table side by side. Somehow we all thought it was both a ridiculously funny pairing and yet poignantly appropriate for the last few months of our lives. :D
Another wonderful family history interview with my dear Mama and Daddy. So, so thankful we are doing these!!!
Daddy was pretty proud of himself here. :) ha! He was telling me that he had told Mama she was beautiful. Then she said, "Yeah, he told me as I got out of bed this morning." Then he said she fussed at him. Or something. Who knows. These two. :D Blessed.
Daddy wanted me to take their photo at church that morning because he said Mama looked so pretty. He was definitely correct. :)

Had to get this photo with Coe, too! :)

This was a lovely evening... peaceful and springlike.

Including this as a memento of the basic meal that Marvin ate for about 3 weeks straight! Once he was able to eat solid food, he pretty much just wanted chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans. (the squash was for me!) :)

What a happy sight this was! Marvin on the mower!!

Incredible full moon that night...
A friend shared this on facebook following the shocking death of a wonderful woman in our community - who left behind a loving husband and 5 beloved children. I thought I would save it here.
Your parents are so sweet.
