First Mav and I stopped by Grandpa Jack's house for a bit. Mav was excited to show him his toy bison. :)
Then, of all days... we have been begging for rain but really didn't want it on THIS day when Jackson had just cut the field and they were trying to hay it. Rain wasn't expected but here it comes! Mav wanted to swim and we decided to go out for a bit, but were keeping a very close eye on the sky and the radar.
Mav was amazed at Jonathan going underwater! :D
Jonathan helping Mav with his swimming skills - telling him to use his arms in front while kicking. But Mav wasn't quite getting that. :)

Storms were getting closer - we were keeping a close eye on things to know when we should get out of the pool.
It was actually a lovely day to be in the pool - not as blistering hot!
Those skies are getting dark!
I was so glad to see Jonathan enjoying the pool finally!

Okay guys... it's time to get out...
The weather is definitely getting closer...
But it sure makes for a dramatic backdrop for photos!
