Cornerstone Ladies Bridal Shower

We had the 2nd of 3 bridal showers last weekend.  This one was hosted by the wonderful ladies of Cornerstone Church.  What a lovely afternoon of fellowship!  We are so thankful for all the love and support that is being shown to Brianna and Jackson by so many in our community.  What a blessing for these two special young people to know that so many love and support them.

Below are a lot of photos from the afternoon, but you can see even more by clicking here.

Allison won the Bridal Shower BINGO game.  :D

This will be the wedding cake topper.

gun for Jackson.  :D

Dear Andrea made these lovely pillowcases from
leftover material she used for the wedding quilt.

You may remember several months ago I mentioned that we had hired my friend, Andrea, to make a wedding quilt for Jackson and Brianna.  This will actually be used as the guest book at the wedding.  People will write their names in those yellow squares, creating a unique keepsake for the couple.  Andrea got it finished in time for me to present it to Brianna at this shower.  It turned out even better than I dreamed!  It is absolutely stunning!!  And it will be perfect for the wedding and beyond.

Thank you so much to Andrea for an incredible job on this lovely quilt!

  1. The quilt is gorgeous! What a great idea! It's fun to see the different traditions. At my church bridal shower, the ribbons were saved and made into a bouquet to use at the rehearsal. :)
