A busy Sunday

Sunday was a jam-packed day.  We also felt it was a true Hallelujah day!!  Primarily because Mama was able to come to church for the first time in months!  She was so happy to get to church for the bell choir Christmas music program.  Even Jackson and Brianna joined us for the service.  The bell choir has always been a favorite for Jackson and I was glad that they returned for that special day.

After church we all headed out to the lake restaurant for lunch.  Again, it was a wonderful celebration because Mama was feeling up to doing that!  Julie, Rojina, Anna, and Matthew met us out there after their church, too.  It felt so good to have us all gathered together like that.

Another special part of the day was getting to meet sweet little baby Anthony, the 3 month old son of Robin and Jeremy who run the lake restaurant.  He is adorable!!  And he especially connected with Anna.  It was TOO cute!

After lunch, Shonda and Brianna came to our house to meet with dear friend, Andrea, who has agreed to make a wedding quilt.  We had a lot of fun picking out colors and looking at various designs.  And wow, does Andrea do beautiful work!!  We are excited about the quilt she is going to make and know it is going to be spectacular!
