I take far too many photos from the pool... but goodness, it is my happy place. :D I thought I would just combine a bunch of them into one post - at least for July. :D ha!

It had been a busy few days and I was tired. Then Marvin and I decided to do a major purge in our attic. At the end of the day I was hot and miserable and all I wanted to do was get in the pool. I pulled out leftovers for the family, then went and jumped in the pool. I stayed in there for hours that night! And it was exactly what I needed.

the pool was perfect - (I guess it always is, pretty much!) I did some exercises first and then floated my cares away.

I really hurt my back the day before... not quite sure how, but I was determined to get in the pool and do some exercises to try to help it get better. I worked really hard to do proper movements. I was able to make some progress, which is good. The water really is the best place for me to exercise - I can do more there with less pain. Wish I had access to this private pool year round. Yeah, I definitely live in the wrong part of the world for that. :D

Hot night. Barn is mostly completed. Marvin is home from his pacemaker surgery and situated for the evening. I was happy to be able to spend some time in the pool trying to relax.

When you are alone in the pool and you see a plane flying overhead... twice... you may get off your floatie and try to hide in the corner. Just maybe. :D
Tonight I could hear the sounds of the rodeo at the NEMO fair... :)
I love the look of the fields in summer. The corn is lovely this year!
