Things are really shaping up - we can begin to see what it will be like.  I can't believe how much work Jackson has put into this project.

Mav was busy putting tape on the flooring stored in the closet in the master bedroom.  :D  Working hard like his Daddy.

Mav arrived bright and early this morning and came in hollering 'beans, beans, beans!'.  I don't know how we will ever get rid of these!  He loves them soooo much and plays so well with them.  He does all the transfers and developmental things that are so good.  How do we stop that?  But we will have to figure something out... we can deal with the mess but we especially can't deal with the fact that they draw in mice!!! ugh.

Hadn't had this game out in awhile.  He was happy to see it back.

After nap time Mav went to the barn with Uncle Jonathan and got to ride Jo with his Daddy.  Such a sweet sight!  So thankful for ALL my guys. 

Then dear Uncle Jonathan helped Mav go down the slide (over and over!) for about 20 minutes.  This is quite a workout when you have to lift Mav up each twisting level and then go down and get him and do it all again.  Sweet, patient, kind Uncle Jonathan.  I hope Mav always remembers how lucky he is to have him. 

SO proud of Mav going down the slide all by himself!  What a long way we have come in such a short time.  Of course, now he wants to do it all the time.  :) And he really is too small to be able to do it all by himself.  He is ahead of his body in so many ways.  

I gave Jonathan a break and sat with Mav on the porch while he played in the sandbox.  :) 

Mav loves this rock!  He lifts it around all the time.  This is the rock that Jonathan found on this place years ago and brought to the front porch and it has been sitting there ever since.  :)  Just another way that Mav and Jonathan share similarities... there are many!

We had the road rug out for Mav when he arrived... but of course it is all beans, all the time.  :)
