MSF - Sunday, August 23

The last day of the fair.  Always a bit of a melancholy day.  I am never quite ready to leave the fair and return to 'regular' life!  Once again, it was a fantastic fair.  Overall, we had pretty terrific weather, good events & concerts, and many wonderful folks to share the time with.  I cannot wait until next year!!!

Hello Jim!  :D

I have no idea what they were looking at... but it cracked me up!

Just as Jim took this photo he shot off a one liner that left us like this.  :D

we went in to the fairgrounds to pick up a few last minute items (elk sticks, for one!)

The horse trailer parked at home upon our return.  The last photo I have of it.

The pot Mama bought at the fair arrived!  It really is pretty cool.

MSF - Saturday, August 22

Our last full day of the fair was filled with activity.  Here are several photos from the day.

Fascinating to watch the driver

The kids not only attended the Saturday evening concert, they also had backstage passes to meet the acts.  Jonathan didn't go because he really wanted to see the Show Me Classic Hitch contest.  (I was with him!!)  So glad that all were able to choose their favorite activity for the last night of the fair.

Meanwhile, the kids were meeting the band 'The Fray'

And also meeting Andy Grammar.  :)
