Butter Roasted Cauliflower

This was wonderful!!!!

What is it with me and the blue dishes lately??
They are not very photogenic for food pics!

Butter Roasted Cauliflower
1 head (1.75 lb.) cauliflower, trimmed and cut into 2 inch florets (about 5 cups)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.  Spread cauliflower on prepared baking sheet.  Mix the seasonings with the melted butter.  Brush each cauliflower floret with seasoned melted butter.  Roast for about 30 minutes.  Flip cauliflower over and continue roasting until tender and golden - about 10 minutes more.
